Open the folder that you just ed and copy the ed amtlib.dll file and then paste it into the Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 folder which we opened in Step 6. When prompted, select “replace the files in the destination”
You can now launch Photoshop 2017 using the desktop shortcut.
